I am facing an issue with 3g data plan in my mobile handset samsung galaxy n7100, on 17-12-2012 I received sms from VD 611111 stating that samsung bundling offer has been activated on my mobile and I will get free 3g for next 3 months, then I called customer care for the same and they deactivated my paid 3g data plan as free plan of 3g will be activated on my no. Now its been more then 72 hours I have been chasing vodafone customer care for the activation of free 3g plan on my no. But every time I call the response I get from customer care executive is that they are looking in my issue and we will resolve it soon. Then I received a sms from vodafone that they will be able to help me by 27-12-2012.
For no reason I have been facing this issue from last 2 days.
Requesting you to please get this issue rectified asap, as I am not able to browse anything on my phone and my work is getting affected due to this
